          Overview of reed float switch:
         Reed float switch is a safe and reliable liquid level controller with simple structure and convenient use. It is smaller than the general mechanical switch. The work of the reed float switch is to set one or more reed tubes in the closed shell, and then penetrate the tube through one or more hollow floating balls with ring magnets inside, and use the fixed ring to fix the floating ball in the range related to the magnetic reed switch. When the floating ball moves, the magnet inside attracts the contact of the magnetic reed switch to act as the control or indication of the liquid level
         Installation and operation instructions for reed float switch:
         1. The specific gravity of the measured liquid must be greater than that of the floating ball.
         2. The action point of the floating ball has been adjusted at the factory according to the customer's order requirements. Please do not adjust the position of the floating ball at will.
         3. The load of the controlled line must match the contact capacity of the float switch.
         4. The installation position should be far away from the water inlet, otherwise the switch will cause misoperation due to the fluctuation of the water inlet.

         It has been widely used in shipbuilding, water heaters, testing instruments, humidifiers, cleaning machines, refrigeration air conditioners, dehumidifiers, water dispensers, paper making,                  printing, generator equipment, petrochemical industry, food industry, water treatment, electrical engineering, dye industry, hydraulic machinery, etc.
