Float switch uses floats of different materials in different environments

       When you use the float switch, you must remember that the float switch uses float balls of different materials in different environments.
      The following are common floating ball materials in the market:
      First: spray Teflon material. It is formed by secondary processing of stainless steel 304 material and is suitable for high acid and alkali corrosive liquids. Teflon floating ball
      Second: PVDF material. Float balls of this material are generally not sold to the outside world. Basically, they rely on a complete set of float level switches. They are products that can be used in low temperature and strong acid and alkali environments.
      Third: NBR material. This kind of special material is especially and specially used in oil liquids, such as diesel, gasoline, etc., and can prevent permeability well. NBR float
      Fourth: SUS316/316L material. Both of these materials are suitable for medium acid and alkali liquids. 316L is slightly more resistant to acid and alkali corrosion than 316.
      Fifth: PVC material. This material is briefly introduced. Generally, manufacturers rarely make it, and most of it is made by users themselves.
      Sixth: Ultrasonic material. In fact, this kind of foam is similar to PP foam and belongs to the category of PP material, but it is different from it, because it can be used in such liquids as the presence of ozone.
      Seventh: SUS304 material. This material belongs to the category of stainless steel, which is also the lowest grade used by Chicheng Electronics to make stainless steel float level switches.
