What should I pay attention to when the float level switch works

        1. Float level switch is a kind of magnetic spring switch used for magnetic induction. Therefore, it should be noted that there should be no iron filings at the measured liquid level. Otherwise, if there are iron filings stuck on the float, the float will not float, which has a great impact on the action of the float switch.
        2. For the liquid with high viscosity that will not dry up, stainless steel floating ball with larger outer diameter should be selected generally.
        3. The reference specific gravity of the float level switch product is water (SG=1), so the specific gravity SG of the liquid level must be considered when selecting the float ball, which must be greater than the float ball specification, otherwise, the float switch cannot float.
        4. When the specific gravity of the liquid is different, the action position of the floating ball will change. Generally, when SG is smaller than water, the floating ball will be immersed in the middle of the liquid and the number of doorkeepers will increase relatively.
